I am Olivia-Beth Horak, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor. I support LGBTQIA+ teens and adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma with compassion and clarity. I cofounded Spirit Pride Project, a spiritual camp for LGBTQIA+ teens and young adults, and have worked with AIDS Services of Austin and Waterloo Counseling Center, the oldest mental health organization in Texas serving the LGBTQIA+ community.
I bring this experience to my telehealth practice, providing affirming, accessible therapy wherever you are. My collaborative, client-centered approach helps you feel seen, understood, and supported as you work toward healing, growth, and empowerment.

Depression & Anxiety
Reconnect with purpose and ease. I support clients experiencing depression and anxiety, from mild to persistent, in reconnecting with hope, strengthening their voice, and developing tools to engage more fully in daily life. Together, we explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns while building resilience and supporting overall well-being.
LGBTQIA+ Identity
Navigate identity with acceptance. I provide affirming support for identity exploration, coming out, and navigating relationships, grounded in years of direct work within the LGBTQIA+ community. Together, we create space for self-understanding, connection, and growth that honors your lived experience.
PTSD & Trauma
Restore presence and stability. I support clients impacted by trauma using EMDR therapy, including EMDR intensives, and narrative therapy to help reprocess difficult memories. This work focuses on reducing trauma symptoms while strengthening emotional regulation, presence, and a sense of balance.
